Delivery
All orders ship via Australia Post Express. We dispatch Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST typically dispatch same day.
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 1–2 business days
- Regional areas: 2–4 business days
- Remote areas: 3–6 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. All packaging is discreet — plain satchel, no branding, no indication of contents on the exterior.
Shipping Cost
Flat-rate express shipping: $12.95 AUD. Free express shipping on orders over $299 AUD.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day full refund from the date of delivery. No return required — keep the product. We expect you to notice a difference within 30 days. If you don't, contact us and we'll refund the full product price.
To request a refund, contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us immediately with your tracking number. We'll resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
